There is a notable degree of motion transfer in Saatva Latex, owing to its latex and coil construction. These two don’t isolate motion that well, particularly compared to memory foam. You may be able to have a glass of wine in bed comfortably. But the bounciness as one changes positions or gets in and out of bed may cause sleep disruptions. It has excellent temperature regulation, edge support, and responsiveness, all of which make it perfect for sleeping and sex.
Perhaps its only weakness is its notable motion transfer, which could cause sleep disruptions among light sleepers.
Note that the Saatva Latex Hybrid leans more towards support than contour-ability with its latex-over-coil design. So, while some side sleepers will enjoy sleeping on it, we’d recommend it to back, stomach, and combination back/stomach sleepers.
